• We believe our United States democracy is in imminent danger from the Trump regime.
• We are non-partisan. We embrace Democrats, Republicans, and Independent voters and candidates who share our mission.
• We live in Westborough, Shrewsbury, Grafton, and surrounding Massachusetts towns.
• We believe in good trouble and peaceful protest.

We do not….

• Tolerate nor support violence.
• Tolerate hate in any form: heterosexism, racism, sexism, anti-semitism, or nativism.

Important: Disruption that makes others feel unsafe or is contrary to our community values will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask you to leave our meetings if you are deliberately disruptive in this way.

• W.A.I.T. (Why am I talking?  Why aren’t I talking?) Be aware of how much space you are or are not taking.  Make sure there is room for all to contribute.

• What’s said here stays here.  What’s learned here, leaves here. Don’t share gossip, personal news, but do share the lessons from the meeting.

• Don’t yuck my yum. Don’t dismiss others’ ideas outright.  Work to build strong ideas together.
